Step 1. Preparation:

Set up heaters or connect a gas burner. Attach the w atersupply hose to the designated connections.

Step 2. Water Filling:

Fill the tank with water up to the indicated level, either through the valve or from the top.

Step 3.Loading Raw Material:

Pack plant material tightly, ensuring it's firmly pressed to minimize vapor space.

Step 4. Collecting Essential Oil:

The oil is collected directly in the integrated oil separator.

The 280L commercial distiller is working great for distilling my lavender. I have been getting about 300-500ML of oil from each fill. The thing I like the best is the ease of use. It rotates for emptying when you are complete and the oil separator is extremely easy to use - no pouring off the hydrosol to leave the oil, just open a valve and the hydrosol pushes the oil out into your collection container. I have about 1,200 lavender plants and this is the perfect size for our farm. Great product and great communication throughout the ordering/shipping process!
